Holden Caps New Vehicle Servicing Costs

HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing
Holden will launch a new capped price servicing scheme to reduce servicing costs across a range of popular new models, including VE Series II Commodore, Captiva, Cruze and the new generation Barina.

From today, Holden will introduce HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing, which offers customers significant savings and impressive value for money for standard scheduled services across the three-year/60,000km capped price service period*.

HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing applies to the Series II Commodore sedan, Sportwagon and Ute range, Cruze hatch and sedan, Captiva 5 and 7, Barina Classic, new generation Barina hatch and sedan, Barina Spark and Caprice. The new generation Colorado LCV will also be eligible for capped price servicing when it’s launched later this year.

Holden Director of Customer Service and Retention, Narelle Stack, said the new HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing program would provide greater consistency, certainty and transparency of servicing costs throughout the first three years of ownership.

“We’ve been listening to customer feedback and there’s a growing demand for upfront service pricing. Customers tell us servicing costs are a key factor influencing their purchase decision,” she said.

“Today we’re introducing a very competitive capped price servicing scheme, which offers Holden customers impressive value for money and peace of mind, across our key new models.

“Holden’s capped price servicing scheme is central to a suite of products designed to give our customers an outstanding ownership experience and keep them coming back to Holden.”

Earlier this year, Holden introduced its first mobile phone app called myHolden. The app enables Holden owners to perform a range of functions from their mobile device, including scheduling a vehicle service, locating a Holden dealer and contacting Holden Roadside Assist.

Every new eligible Holden model sold on or from Sunday 1 April will qualify for HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing.
