When the Range Rover Evoque first was released some ten years ago, many were proclaiming its beauty and style. Yes the Evoque is well suited for those that favour style, but there is substance underneath as well.
Step inside and it’s all Range Rover with an immediate feeling of luxury and comfort. The all black exterior theme carries through inside and the front leather seats are exceptionally comfortable.
The layout of the driver information and central stack is simple yet elegant and it all works with intuitive functionality.
There isn’t a whole lot of room in the rear seats, but ample boot space and as the buyer profile is mainly singles or couples with no kids that isn’t a problem.

Even though we are driving the entry model there is a lot of standard features, but my favourite seat heaters are an option.
With a 2.0L turbo petrol engine, a nine speed automatic transmission and an efficient all-wheel drive system, the Evoque provides zippy performance and smooth cruising as well as surprising off road capability. However think more snow trips and weekends away rather than full on off road driving.
