BMW X3 April Update

BMW Australia has announced a substantial boost to the standard specification of its highly-acclaimed BMW X3 model range, from April production 2013.

The specification up-lift sees additional value of up to $8,000 added to some models with a number of in-demand features from the BMW options list added at no extra cost.

At the entry-point of the range, the already high level of standard equipment on the X3 xDrive20i and X3 xDrive20d is bolstered with Electric Seats with memory function, Business Navigation system, Automatic Tailgate function and an upgrade to 18” alloy wheels now complement existing standard features such as Rear View Camera, front and rear Park Distance Control, Cruise Control with braking function, Interior Mirror with anti-dazzle, Bluetooth function and Radio Professional including USB interface.

Similarly, for no additional outlay, the specification for the range topping petrol and diesel models – the BMW X3 xDrive28i and X3 xDrive30d – increases with the addition of Automatic Tailgate function (already standard on X3 xDrive30d), Professional Navigation, Smartphone Connectivity (which incorporates extended Bluetooth functionality and Voice Control), Exterior Mirror package (which includes anti-dazzle and folding function), Bi-Xenon headlights, Top View, Lumbar support and 18” Y-spoke alloy wheels.

The X3 xDrive 28i also now features the stylish X-line package as standard.

BMW Group Australia Managing Director, Phil Horton said the BMW X3 sits in the “sweet-spot of desirability” for Australian customers.

“Over two model generations, the BMW X3 has been a run-away success in Australia blending spacious practicality, premium styling and BMW’s hallmark driving characteristics,” said Mr Horton.
