RAM 1500 Warlock 4WD Ute Radio Review

RAM 1500 Warlock exterior front grill

RAM 1500 Warlock is a big thumping V8 powered 4WD Pickup and is as far as possible from the PC brigade’s electric cars and I love it.

RAM 1500 Warlock, launched in July last year is aimed squarely at the 4WD enthusiasts.

Powered by the legendary 5.7L V8 Hemi petrol engine that pumps out 291kW of power and 556Nm of torque. It’s got an 820kg payload, will tow 4.5T and seat 5 in total comfort.

Based on the new Crew Cab, added features include unique exterior styling, RamBox®Cargo Management System, leather-trimmed upholstery, and a 1 inch factory fit suspension lift.

Head turning style comes from the Rebel-look front grille with unique sports hood, black powder-coated front and rear bumpers and fender flares, 20-inch semi-gloss black alloys, black-smoked headlamps, accent badging and unique Warlock decals. We drove the Flame Red version and it looked great.

Inside, leather-trimmed upholstery, dual-zone climate control, satellite navigation, Apple CarPlayTM and Android AutoTM connectivity via the UCONNECT® 8.4-inch Touchscreen.

Priced from $104,450 plus the usual costs its good value and there are now more than 55 RAM Trucks dealers in Australia.
