Stingray R Launch – To mark the arrival of the updated Model Year 2026 (MY26) Corvette, GMSV will debut the model year with the limited Corvette Stingray R launch edition – a limited production model that has been crafted to pay homage to Corvette’s rich racing heritage.

This wont be a regular part of the model line up. But we did get some details of this special edition.

As for the regular range, further details including pricing and specification for the full MY26 Corvette range – including Stingray, E-Ray, and Z06 models for Australia and New Zealand – will be confirmed later this year.

This limited Corvette Stingray R launch edition features a distinctive Stingray R Appearance Package with 20-spoke gloss black forged aluminium wheels with red stripe, a carbon fibre roof, a unique Stingray R build plate and an array of other premium, eye-catching standard features. The Stingray R launch edition delivers exclusivity and an elevated driving experience in a limited-edition package.

The GMSV dealer network across Australia and New Zealand exclusively offers the Corvette, producing only 50 units in the 3LT Coupe configuration. The company expects to deliver the first vehicles in January 2026.
