2019 VW Polo GTi Radio Review

VW Polo GTi 5Smaller sport style hatchbacks are popular with many drivers. They provide some performance usually along with some style and practicality. Rob Fraser had a treat in one of the best lately.

VW Polo GTi is simply a fun car to drive. It’s a perfect size for inner city driving, ideal for a couple with luggage, provides enough driver engagement on windy mountain roads and cruises without fuss on the freeway.

From the moment I first started the GTi and heard the aural delight, the burble as I drove away it provided temptation to drive just for the sound alone.

It has a good engine and gearbox combination, and the different drive modes, especially sport really make a difference. This was combined with plenty of safety and comfort features and the optional $1400 driver assist package. Driver ergonomics are first class as well.

All up it’s about $33,500 plus the usual added costs, but apart from wanting leather seats, it was definitely worth the money.
