Alpine all-new A110 will be launched in Australia Q4 2018

Alpine Australia is excited to confirm that the all-new A110 will be launched in Australia in three specifications.  The A110 Australian Premiere Edition will arrive first in Q4, 2018 followed by the A110 Pure and the A110 Legende arriving in Q1, 2019.

Alpine A110

The Alpine A110 is the lightweight, elegant sports coupé that signals the return of the Alpine name.

True to Alpine’s DNA, the A110 places absolute agility and driving pleasure front and centre, without compromising on everyday comfort.

Designed and manufactured in France the mid-engined, two-seater coupé features aluminium construction to keep weight to a minimum.  The new Alpine has a 0-100km/h time of just 4.5 seconds and a weight distribution of 44:56 making it incredibly agile to drive.

The A110 has benefited from the expertise of Renault Sport and is powered by a turbocharged 1.8-litre petrol engine.  The engine delivers thrilling performance, developing 185kW (252hp) and 320Nm and, like all Alpines, it is rear-wheel drive.

Double wishbone suspension ensures all versions of the A110 exhibit the dynamic poise and responsiveness of a true Alpine.

Australian Premiere Edition

To celebrate the launch of the A110 in Australia, Alpine will be launching a limited Australian Premiere Edition.  Limited to just 60 examples, the Australian Premiere Edition is standard with Alpine Blue metallic paint and is designed to herald the launch of the Brand down under.

High-performance front and rear Brembo bi-material brakes are fitted as standard and devised to cool quickly even in dynamic conditions.  The active-valve sports exhaust with engine noise tailored to the selected driving mode and speed is designed to enhance the driving experience in the cabin.

The Sabelt one-piece bucket seats with lightweight design in leather and microfibre tip the scales at just 13.1kg each and enhance the A110’s lightweight design.

The impressive standard equipment list includes 18” Fuchs forged wheels – forged to enhance strength and reduce weight.  In addition there are rear parking sensors, blue Alpine logo in the centre of the steering wheel, blue Alpine brake callipers, aluminium brake and accelerator pedals with matching footrest and Focal audio system.

2017 - ALPINE A110

The Alpine A110 Australian Premiere Edition will have an RRP of $106,500 excluding on-road and statutory charges.  Each vehicle will have an individually numbered plaque to celebrate its debut in Australia and deliveries will commence in Q4, 2018.

Alpine Range: Pure and Legende

With their own distinct personalities, the Pure and Legende models broaden the scope of the A110 sports car. Beneath the surface both versions share their lightweight aluminium structure, turbocharged powertrain and suspension settings with the Australian Premiere Edition, meaning they remain true to Alpine’s core principles of absolute agility, thrilling performance and handling precision.

The A110 Pure is destined to live its life on winding mountain roads while the A110 Legende is the grand tourer of the range, with effortless everyday usability pushed to the fore.

A choice of six colour finishes will be available on the Alpine Legende and Pure range.  Both models are now available to order and will commence deliveries in Q1, 2019.

Legende

The A110 Legende is a sophisticated grand tourer with a refined personality. Its day-to-day credentials are highlighted by heated six-way adjustable comfort seats, full leather upholstery in black or brown and gloss-finished carbon fibre interior trim.

A Focal audio system, plus front and rear parking sensors with a reversing camera further underline its effortless usability. The distinctive two-tone Legende wheels, meanwhile, pay homage to an original A110 Berlinette 1600S wheel design. Two additional 18” wheel designs are also available.

The A110 Legende can be further upgraded with a Focal Premium audio system, which adds a subwoofer to the pair of speakers and two tweeters, as well as an active sports exhaust.

Like the Australian Premiere Edition, the Legende is already equipped with climate control air conditioning, satellite navigation and LED lights.

The Alpine A110 Legende will have an RRP of $103,500 excluding on-road and statutory charges.

Pure

The A110 at its most driver-focused, the Pure continues in the same thrill-inducing spirit as the A110 Australian Premiere Edition. It also recalls the classic Alpine models that achieved countless victories on Europe’s racetracks and rally stages in the sixties and seventies.

Offering the most stripped-back driving experience and an unfiltered connection between driver and machine, the A110 Pure comes equipped with 18” wheels and some weight saving measures, including one-piece Sabelt sports seats that weigh just 13.1kg each – the same as those fitted to the Australian Premiere Edition.

Its sporting intent is underlined by leather and microfibre interior upholstery and matte carbon fibre cabin trim. Like all road-going versions of the A110, the Pure is equipped as standard with Alpine’s Mode Selector, which enables the driver to switch between Normal, Sport and Track modes.

It also comes with climate control air conditioning, satellite navigation, and LED head and taillights, meaning everyday ease of use hasn’t been compromised in the pursuit of driver engagement.

Buyers can optionally add more powerful Brembo brakes and an active sports exhaust for a stirring sports car soundtrack, while an alternative 18” wheel design is also available. A Focal audio system can be specified to make the Pure better suited still to everyday use, as can front and rear parking sensors with a reversing camera.

The Alpine A110 Pure will have an RRP of $97,000 excluding on-road and statutory charges.
