D-Max X-Terrain – One of the cars I’m driving this week is the Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain 4WD Ute. Now normally we would take it off road, or on the beach or tow something.
But, as its close to the end of year and we have lots of social thigs on, its all about what the D-Max is like to drive around town every day.
First up I had to lug a bit of gear around for Christmas parties and the covered tub was great for that. I also had to give a lift to some friends to a few of these parties and there was plenty of space inside for all four of us to sit comfortably.
One thing I noticed was that in the middle of a heat wave the air conditioning was excellent. Of course, other features like wireless smart phone connectivity are a bonus. The 9-inch central touch screen was easy to use and read, especially for the directions needed.
In the crazy Christmas city traffic, where everyone just wants to get everywhere fast the I really appreciated all the safety features. Also all around visibility if pretty good.
The size of the D-Max wasn’t an issue. It was easy to drive and park. And the interior comfort meant we arrived relaxed and still glamorous.
Another bonus is the great fuel economy.
So overall the Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain is a bit of a complete package. Stylish, comfortable, safe, and practical.
