2022 Citroen C5 X

  • Pre-paid service plans now available, offering customers greater support and assurance in maintaining their Citroën as well as substantial savings in comparison to Assured Service Pricing
  • available as three or five scheduled services packages, that can be purchased up-front at time of vehicle purchase

Pre-paid service plans are available to purchase as three or five scheduled services packages, with the plan commencing from the warranty start date. Furthermore, customers can choose to purchase them at the time of new or demonstrator vehicle purchase, or before obtaining their Citroën’s first scheduled service.

Available on Citroën vehicles first sold from 1 October 2021 onwards, these plans remove the uncertainty of future servicing costs, with customers able to pay for their plans upfront. By bundling the costs upfront, this also provides substantial savings in comparison to Assured Service Pricing as the cost of the scheduled services within the selected three- or five-year plan are protected from future inflation costs for parts and labour.

Kate Gillis, Managing Director Citroën Australia, said: “We are pleased to offer customers additional choice when it comes to maintaining their Citroën vehicle. Following from the launch of Citroën Financial Services at the start of this year, the launch of pre-paid service plans will provide further value for local consumers when considering the Citroën Australia range.”

Not only will the launch of pre-paid service plans provide new customers with greater convenience, but they also provide the flexibility of having required scheduled services completed at any participating authorised Citroën service centre within Australia. All Citroën scheduled services are completed by manufacturer trained aftersales staff and technicians using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and special tooling as well as Citroën genuine parts.

pre-paid service plans fully transferable

Representing additional value, Citroën pre-paid service plans are linked to the Vehicle Identification Number, ensuring they’re fully transferable to new owners, enhancing the resale value of the vehicle.
