Peugeot 2008 GT 1.2L Sport SUV Review

Peugeot 2008 GT Sport released earlier this year brings to the premium segment a difference in style and philosophy from the usual offerings.

The first thing you notice is the stunning design. It’s quite possibly the best looking premium SUV in the segment.

Flanking the 2008 bold grill are stylish LED lights and the stylish theme continues once inside with Nappa leather heated seats with massage function for the driver. The small sports steering wheel sits below the configurable 10 inch 3D i-Cockpit.

Peugeot 2008 GT has a couple of clever features such as walk away locking, and surround reverse camera as well as the park assist that will help park the car for you.

Powered by a 1.2L 3 Cylinder turbo petrol engine that produces 114kWof power and 240 Nm of torque, driving the front wheels through an 8 speed AT. It also produces a raspy exhaust note that is a delight.

Priced from $43,990 plus the usual costs its actually pretty good value when compared to the other premier SUVs such as the Audi Q2, BMW X1 and Lexus UX.
