Large all electric SUVs are becoming more prevalent and the Audi e-tron is amongst the early models available Stick around for a minute and see what it’s like.

Audi launched their all electric e-tron in mid-2020 with a SUV and Sportback version as well as two powertrains. We drove the e-tron 50 Sportback quattro with a range of around 300km and can be charged via a home-charging kit, or up to 150kW DC fast-charging.

This fast-charging option is suitable for stopovers on long journeys, restoring 80% of charge in just 30 minutes

e-tron includes a raft of innovative new technology including an all-electric quattro system, clever energy recuperation, and intelligent connectivity. Being a large and heavy electric SUV, it has adequate performance.

As you would expect, Audi has thrown a heap of comfort, safety and luxury features at the e-tron as well as a beautiful Sportback design. It’s roomy as well for the family.

E-tron 50 Sportback Quattro is priced from a touch over $148,100 plus the usual costs so its for the well heeled EV fans.
